Sratocaster Series Push Pull Pot Wiring
Step 1) I connect all the wires which do not require the switch to be in the guitar yet. I do this simply because I find it easier to work with the push/pull pot outside of the guitar.
Step 2) Next, I install the push/pull pot. I have removed the one tone pot just to clear some space.
Step 3) I begin soldering all the other wires into position just like in the above diagram. I start with the pickups ground wires and finish with the positive leads. Lastly, I plug in the positive wire which goes to the jack. Once the pickgaurd and strings are back on your ready to go.
